We undertake projects for residential and commercial clients, and oversee their execution from the early stages of proposed sketches to the submission of full planning documentation, which is often followed by the construction of our designs. SIA's terms of engagement are as follow:

i.    Our construction projects require a 10% deposit prior to commencing works on site. 

ii.    Construction Invoices are raised weekly or bi-weekly unless agreed with a client in advance of works commencing.

iii.    Invoices are due on receipt as we only invoice for works completed retrospectively.

iv.    The content and valuation on each construction invoice can be revised up to 30 days after issue.

v.     Paid invoices become 'full and final settlements' 14 days after payment. 

vi.  We will work with clients and tradespeople to resolve any craftmanship issues that arise during the works and after completion. 

vii.     Tradespeople and subcontractors will be responsible and liable for incomplete works or works requiring remediation.
