The project scope included the design of a rear and side extension to a lower ground floor in the borough of Hackney. The rear extension sliding doors and level floor finish allow for an indoor-outdoor living. The side extension houses the new bathroom with great attention to the finishing materials.
The design was materialised throughout the construction phase of the project and resulted in a new living room area and an articulated kitchen and dining area. Sliding doors, a linear window and a skylight allow for additional light to flood the house and create unique moments throughout the day.
The finishes of the flat and the exceptional craftmanship of our team create a unique and welcoming ambience to the internal spaces while being consistent to each and every room.
During the construction and by preparing detailed and thought through designs we were able to realise our concept which has as main principle functional spaces and proportionate elements appropriate to the site.
