Situated in the borough of Tower Hamlets, SIA design build constructed a rear infill extension at a Victorian Terraced House.
The 16 week project scope included the construction of: a rear extension, extensive internal alterations, and the garden.
Throughout the construction phase SIA design build was able to propose and execute innovative and efficient ways to realise this new space in a cost effective yet design focused manner. Various materials were handled with exceptional craftsmanship resulting in a coherent project with a strong relationship with its garden.

''A selective palette of proposed materials comprising of white concrete, finish face plywood, reclaimed Iroko timber, and brushed steel was chosen and applied to various surfaces and finishes throughout to complement the existing brickwork and timber construction of the house.''
